Brochure PE-639Iddiopathic scoliosis is often caused by imbalanced muscle support to the spine. Parents are encouraged to observe their children for imbalance in its early stages when corrective changes can be made. When a scoliosis develops to the point of  bone distortion it is difficult or impossible to obtain correction.

When a child moves into Adam's position,  the smoothness and balance are observed for indications of developing scoliosis.
