Ileocecal valve (ICV) function is discussed as being a one way check valve between the small and large intestine. The resulting general toxicity caused by valve dysfunction is explained as causing symptoms in the body's weakest areas. Listed are some of the common symptoms that can develop in the presence of the open ileocecal valve syndrome.
A list of the foods to avoid while the ICV condition is being corrected includes roughage and other irritable foods and items such as spicy foods, alcoholic beverages, and caffeine.
There are illustrations where the doctor can mark neurolymphatic reflexes and acupuncture points the patient can stimulate.
Illustrations describe applying pressure and pulling up on the ICV as well as applying a cold pack for relief.
