The sentence, “In normal aerobic/anaerobic balance the muscle activity will neither strengthen the weak muscles nor weaken the strong muscles.” should NOT be at the end of Aerobic Challenge. On the next page at the end of Anerobic Challenge the same sentence is present and Should be there. |

If you want to save an illustration, right click on it and then select Copy to place the picture on your clipboard to paste in an illustration program. Another option is to select “Save picture as ...” to download the illustration to your hard disk or floppy. When there is an option to see the illustration larger right click on either the thumbnail or the enlarged illustration to download the picture in that size.
